Gungguan’s Hakka pickled foods come in diverse and unique flavors and are well-known in every corner of Taiwan. The ingredient of dried mustard vegetables is leaf mustard grown within the area of the Production and Marketing Group in Gungguan; leaf mustard can also be made of two other pickled vegetables, Gan Tsai and Fu Tsai. Follows the authentic pickling method. Crude salt is used to dry vegetables under the sun. Without adding any chemicals, the unique flavor is presented.
