Ms. Fan Jin-ju began cultivating mulberries in 2004. To offer customers a safer choice, she has adamantly refused to use chemical weed killers and fertilizers over the six years, and has relied on organic manure and natural improvement methods to nurture every tree. Keeping to the principles of health and wellbeing, Mulberry Garden tries to conserve the most unadulterated taste of mulberries traditionally, without artificial flavorings or chemical preservatives. The garden is open for fruit picking visits during every April and May, and homemade mulberry products are available throughout the year.
