Ji Xiang handmade dumplings use rice as the main ingredient to produce a variety of snacks and a wealth of ban (dumpling) type foods, with a unique flavor that is loved and favored by local consumers. Food products include wormwood Ban with a fresh fragrance and a crispy and salty stuffing; natural taro flavored taro Ban, with a silky smooth taste; and a brown sugar (rice) cake rich with a brown sugar flavored aroma. JI Xiang selects and uses high-quality ingredients including healthy pork, Taiwan mushrooms, Hakka dried radish, and snow lotus seeds from the Guangfu Township Farmers' Association network to produce hospitality dumplings, as well as red yeast glutinous rice with Q-springiness, all of which are deserving of your savoring the sincere and honest flavor of every mouthful of each product.
