晨興油品嚴選臺灣栽種的大果種油茶及小果種油茶兩種，其中大果油茶的果實較大、不飽和脂肪酸及抗氧化劑高；而小果油茶則是含油量較高。依循傳統古法冷壓初榨，不僅留住營養及果香，再透過油壓式壓榨法低溫處理，以可減少苦茶籽養分流失，保留最原始的清香及營養。

Sans Vita Co. Ltd.， uses selected camellia oleifera or camellia tenuifolia grown in Taiwan. The fruits of oleifera are larger， with more unsaturated fat， fatty acid， and anti-oxidant， and camellia tenuifolia has higher oil concentration. The traditional method， the cold pressed virgin camellia oil， retains the nutrients and fruit flavor. Then， it is oil pressed in low temperature to prevent the nutrients of the bitter tea seeds to be drained off， retaining its original flavor and nutrition.
