Mrs. Guo ( Guo Jian Yu-Ying ) , the founder of Guo Jia Zhuang, made her career by making delicious, none-chemical, naturally fermented tofu cheese. All of her tofu cheese, the so called “Yu-Ying Tofu Cheese”, were self-produced and praised by all of her customers.Over the past thirty years, Yu-Ying Tofu Cheese has been a well-known Hakka delicacy, but this didn’t stop the creativities of the founders. A new name, “Guo Jia Zhuang Pickle Shop”, is used to improve their products in combination of traditional Hakka pickles with modern concepts of health diet. The combination of Hakka spirit with tofu cheese delicacies, from “Yuying Tofu Cheese” to “Guo Jia Zhuang Pickle Shop”, all are wishing you to enjoy!
