Black Bean Dragon Soya Sauce uses local organic black beans, and follows an ancient manual fermentation method, which involves a complicated procedure requiring manual workmanship to carry out a steaming process, producing a yeast, and placement into earthen jars. And after the fermentation process is complete, a black bean soya sauce is created having the most fragrant and mellow taste. Because this black bean soya sauce is rich in protein with high nutritional value, and because of its mellow taste that is sweet on the palate, it is suitable for use with a variety of food dishes regardless of whether the cooking process involves frying, boiling, stewing, or braising.
