紅豆是高樹鄉客家族群主要產品，因其價值高也算高樹鄉主要經濟作物之一，每年的冬季栽種跨年初採收。大埔合作社產品『紅豆』，以自然農法栽培管理，更不使用落葉劑，同時發揮客家人刻苦耐勞精神，以人力採收、日曬乾燥、讓紅豆口感多了太陽的香氣。

In Gaoshu Township, red beans are not only the primary produce grown by the Hakka people but also one of the major cash crops in Gaoshu Township, due to their high economic value. They are planted every winter and harvested early in the next year. Red beans produced by the Dapu Co-Op are grown and managed by the nature farming method, without using Agent Orange. In the spirits of Hakka diligence, red beans are harvested manually and sun-dried for that extra sun-soaked aroma.
