To preserve food ingredients, the Hakka people are good at making pickles. Pickles as gift packs made with Uncle Juan’s private recipes which are directly inherited from his mother’s home cooking. “Private Recipe. Pickles Gift Pack: Fuchai (pickled mustard greens)” is sourced in Taiwan’s Hakka regions, and after undergoing the modernized drying process, is more hygienic and lower in contamination with a longer shelf life.
