“Beipu No.1 Inn” consists of a dining department offering an ingenuous menu, for instance, dishes cooked in/with tea, injecting innovation into traditional Hakka cuisine. As its popular dish “Beauty Bak Kut Teh (Sparerib Broth)” is difficult to take away, special packaging is in place to ensure more people can taste this delicacy and also for dissemination of Hakka gourmet food presented in new flavors.
