採用本土黑豬油和雲林紅蔥頭製成,產品通過SGS各項檢驗,無任何化學添加劑。全程100%採用在地材料,並遵循客家古法製造,有別於閩式加醬油的油蔥酥,風味不重鹹,符合現今飲食健康的趨勢。市售油蔥酥有鵝油、雞油、沙拉油等種類繁多,但唯有老祖宗傳下來以豬油製成的油蔥酥最能增香提味,30多年來一路堅持使用自炸的本土豬油,也是能挺過多場台灣食安風暴並銷售持續成長的因素之一。

Shallots are made from lard of locally raised black lard and red onions from Yunlin, and the product passes all SGS tests without adding any chemicals. With the use of 100% local ingredients and authentic Hakka production methods, the product, unlike Minnan style shallots that use soybean sauce, has a mild flavor suitable for modern healthy trends. Shallots in the market use a great variety of geese, chicken, and soybean oil but only those inherited from our ancestor using lard can enhance the flavor. Over the past 30 years, we have insisted on using self-made lard from locally raised pigs. This has proved to be one of the factors that allowed us to avoid several food scandals and maintain continuous growth.
