糕皮餅為客家人俗稱的豬油餅,客桐酪坊遵循傳統古法烘製,以創新的糕皮餅棒造型呈現餅的新吃法, 藉此憶起早期竹苗地區,大戶人家婚嫁禮俗中,必為首選、又油又香的傳統糕皮喜餅懷舊滋味。
