天春窯業的創始人吳天賜先生於民國六十一年，帶領三個兒子吳寶農、吳寶國及吳寶安從事陶瓷花器生產研發製作，迄今已有三十餘年，隨著時代的變遷，許多同型產業多已轉型或遷移大陸發展，然天春窯業仍秉持著客家傳統頂真精神，不僅堅持根留台灣，更致力於陶笛新產品的開發與量產，且多次遠赴日本向宗次郎、小川堅二、橫澤等著名陶笛演奏家請益進修，汲取經驗，為陶笛作品注入新生命。

Nowadays, most companies in the industry had moved to Mainland China for further development, Tian Chun Kiln still insisted in staying in Taiwan and put more effort in the development and manufacture of ocarina. They even went to Japan for several times to learn experience from ocarina masters- Sojiro and Kenji Ogawa, wished to inject new life force into the artworks.
