艾草粄

鄭記-艾草粄(共四盒)

因應客家節慶所需,鄭記客家美食坊會製作各類粄粿,粄皮多屬純糯米,而南瓜或芋頭等瓜果板類,就需要添加再來米調整彈性,其他艾草板就採自家摘種的艾草清加入米糰而成,粄的製作除了堅持取用在地原料,其粄形更注重當地客家文化性,內餡包含蘿蔔乾絲、蘿蔔籤、蝦米、油蔥,輔以胡椒提味,另亦可製作素食粄,傳統滋味令人難忘,忠實呈現自家好味道。

To respond to the needs of Hakka festivals, Cheng’s Hakka Gourmet Store makes rice cakes and noodles of glutinous rice as well as pumpkin or taro cakes that need to adjust the viscosity. Grass cakes use grass that the store grows to add into the rice dough. The cake making insists on the use of local ingredients while the shape focuses on the cultural presentation of Hakka culture. Fillings include sliced dried and fresh radish, small shrimps, shallots, and the flavor enhancer, black pepper. There are also cakes for vegetarians. The traditional flavor lingers on everyone’s taste buds and authentically presents the good taste of this store.
