鄭記-芋頭粄(共四盒)

因應客家節慶所需,鄭記客家美食坊會製作各類粄粿,粄皮多屬純糯米,而南瓜或芋頭等瓜果板類,就需要添加再來米調整彈性,每年農曆八月中秋節前後,是芋頭收成的季節,早期客家人視為豐收與團圓的象徵。於是會將含有大量澱粉的芋頭當作食材,放進日常食用的粄裡做成芋粄,用來敬神或拜祖先。客家芋粄口感香Q帶芋頭顆粒,具多種美味吃法,不論油煎、裹粉炸或煮粥、煮湯都很具特色,傳統滋味令人難忘,忠實呈現自家好味道。

To respond to the needs of Hakka festivals, Cheng’s Hakka Gourmet Store makes rice cakes and noodles of glutinous rice as well as pumpkin or taro cakes that need to adjust the viscosity. Each August on the Lunar Calendar during the Mid-Autumn Festival, taros are harvested and in early times, this festival was regarded by the Hakka people as a holiday to celebrate harvest and reunion. Taros containing a high level of starch were used as the food ingredient to make taro cakes for worshiping gods or ancestors. Hakka taro cakes are chewy with taros and good for various cooking methods including deep frying, frying with flour, or cooking with congee. The traditional flavor lingers on everyone’s taste buds and authentically presents the good taste of this store.
