MiaoLi county’s Shihwu town has been voted as Taiwan’s best environmental protection town in 12 consecutive years. Shihwu town’s residents showed their care toward this land by practicing traditional organic farming without the use of pesticides. After 120 days of caring under this clean environment, the Shihwu sweet potatoes are ready.
